You haven’t heard the last of Richard III…

Masque Theatre has teamed up with Audio Theatre Company, Nothing But Roaring, to bring our Summer 2022 outdoor production of Richard III to Spotify and YouTube, in a free-to-listen adaptation.

There are seven short episodes, all recorded over several months since the end of the show.

Directed, once again, by John Myhill, with the show’s Assistant Director, Rebecca Cockcroft, in charge of editing and sound design.

Set in an alternative early 20th Century, Richard III tells the story of the power-hungry Richard, Duke of Gloucester, and just how far he is willing to go to get, and to keep, the crown.

What happens when his nearest advisors turn against him, just as the heroic Richmond raises his rebel army?
